Hello friends!

I’ve been a teacher or facilitator in some capacity my entire life. As a former educator, I found many ways to connect with my students- to help them rise up to meet their potential. I have combined all my experience and training to offer hypnosis to those who truly desire to create effective change in their lives. When you do the work, it radiates outward.

Upon meeting a new client, I always pose the following questions:

• HOW will your life be different when you reach this goal?
• WHO in your world will notice?
• WHEN do you want to see change?
• WHAT will you be able to do once you reach your goal?
• WHERE do you want to go?

Let me help you, today, to discover the answers to these questions.

In my spare time I enjoy: practicing yoga, kayaking, geocaching, going to concerts, listening to podcasts, and frolicking along the Moon River with my family.
